Where Champions Are Made
In the heart of Texas, Theorem Ranch is home to elite horses, trainers, and riders
shaping the future of Western performance sports.
Strength. Precision.
Legacy.
Theorem Ranch Texas is home to our Performance Institute, a working facility dedicated to advancing the art and science of Western horsemanship at the highest level.
Here, the country's top riders and trainers push the limits of what horse and human can achieve together. The work demands discipline, finesse, and the kind of patience that builds champions. Facilities include:
- State-of-the-art training and breeding centers
- Therapy and recovery spaces for equine athletes
- Arenas designed for cutting, reining, roping, barrel racing, and cow horse competition
Theorem is where the next generation of Western champions is shaped—in mind, body, and spirit.

Learn MoreRooted In Trust
Theorem Ranch is grounded in the idea that elite programs are built over time through care for the horses, the land, and the people who do the work. Founded by Kisha and Jason Itkin, the ranch reflects a deep respect for Western performance horses and the responsibility that comes with stewarding them.
Theorem Ranch is not driven by trends or quick wins, but by a long-term commitment to building something that lasts—across disciplines, across generations, and across every part of the operation.
What makes Theorem Ranch different is its focus on continuity and trust. When the ranch invests in horses, bloodlines, or programs, it does so with the intent to preserve what works and strengthen it, not disrupt it. Proven teams remain in place. Experienced horsemen are supported. Programs are allowed the time they need to develop correctly.
This approach has allowed Theorem Ranch to expand thoughtfully within the Western performance horse industry, contributing to cutting, cow horse, team roping, reining, and broader performance disciplines without compromising quality or integrity.
Theorem Ranch’s horse program is in development with the guidance of Colby Lovell, whose background extends across ranching, cutting, and reined cow horse, and who brings a broad, long-term view to the program. The Texas ranch operation is led by General Manager Todd Bergen.
