Our Founders

Jason and Kisha Itkin are the founders of Theorem Ranch and Theorem Vineyards—an integrated vision spanning Montana, Texas, and Napa Valley that reflects their belief in authenticity, being stewards of the land, and shared experiences.

Jason Itkin, based in Houston, is recognized by many as the leading trial lawyer in the United States. Kisha Itkin leads Theorem Collection, which includes Theorem Vineyards in Napa Valley and Theorem Ranch, where she oversees a growing portfolio of operations centered on Western performance horses, hospitality, and land stewardship. Together, they bring a shared passion for horses, the outdoors, and the Western way of life into everything they build.

For Kisha, that passion began early. Raised in a small Louisiana town near the Texas border, she spent her childhood in the pasture with her horses, developing a lifelong connection that continues to shape her hands-on leadership at Theorem today.

What began as time spent riding in Montana evolved into a deeper commitment to horsemanship and the Western performance horse industry. Guided by respected trainers and mentors, the Itkins built their program with intention, focused not only on winning, but on advancing the future of the sport.

That vision crystallized with the acquisition of Stevie Rey Von, one of the most influential sires of the modern era. The move established a cornerstone for Theorem Ranch, which has since expanded to include elite stallions such as SEVS Judgement Day and Outta Yur League, alongside investments in world-class facilities and training environments designed to help horses and riders reach their full potential across disciplines.

But Theorem is more than a horse program. It is a commitment to creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences that connect people to the land, animals, and to each other.

At Theorem Ranch, days begin on horseback and unfold across wide-open landscapes—whether through guided rides, hiking in Montana’s backcountry, or time spent fishing the Ranch’s legendary waters.
