About the Land
Where
Nature Leads
Wildlife on Theorem Ranch Montana includes elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, antelope, black bear, and the occasional moose. Birds are equally abundant: turkeys, ducks, sandhill cranes, sage grouse, sharptail, chukars, pheasant, bald eagles, hawks, owls, and more.
The ranch sits in the foothills of the Crazy Mountains, bordered by the Absaroka Range. The property includes seven miles of frontage and world-class fishing on the Yellowstone River and 2.5 miles of Big Timber Creek. The terrain shifts from open plains and pasture to aspen groves and wooded forest, with dramatic elevation changes, water, and views throughout.
Grounded in
Stewardship
Theorem Ranch Montana reflects the Itkins' love of the raw, untouched land and a deep commitment to preserve it. The ranch is managed with stewardship at its core: protecting the land, enhancing it through responsible practices, and caring for the natural resources entrusted to us, including the Yellowstone River that runs through the property.
A 200-Year View
In Montana, Theorem Ranch makes decisions with an eye to the next 200 years. The goal is to give the land and the wildlife a space to thrive. Jason and Kisha see themselves as stewards of something larger than the ranch itself, responsible for preserving what makes the land special for generations to come.
